Refund policy

Return & Refund Policy

At House of No Evilzz, every item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect sizing.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, log in to your account at https://account.houseofnoevilzz.ca and submit a return or cancellation request before the withdrawal period expires.

Once we receive your return, we will refund the original purchase price using the same payment method you used at checkout. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless otherwise stated.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom or personalized items made to your specifications
  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery
  • Digital products that have been accessed or downloaded

We do accept claims for the following:

  • Items that arrive damaged or defective
  • Items that are incorrectly printed or differ from what was ordered

How to submit a claim: If your order arrives with any of the above issues, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at [your email address]. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and the issue. We will review your claim and work with you to make it right — whether that's a replacement or a refund.

Sizing We provide sizing information on each product page to help you choose the right fit. Please review the size guide before placing your order, as we cannot accept returns due to sizing.

Lost or stolen packages House of No Evilzz is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
